When will i get my sparklers?

If we receive your order by 3pm central we will ship the sparklers out the same day, providing they are paid for of course.  UPS ground takes between 2 – 6 days however they seem to be able to ship them in 3 days or less.  Below is our estimated shipping times by UPS and are subject to UPS estimates as of Dec. 2010.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Paypal only.  You can “load” your Paypal account using credit cards or checking accounts.  It’s fast, safe and secure.  If you use Ebay, you probably have Paypal! Please contact us for other options if needed.

How much is shipping and how is my order shipped?

$12 flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping covers UPS ground shipments only. All shipments are Carbon Neutral! We reuse and recycle as much as possible. So don’t be surprised to see old newspaper clippings as shipping filler.

Sparklers are fireworks.  Are there any restrictions on their use?

There are 4 states that ban sparkler use. They are New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Massachusetts.  Some local communities may ban or regulate the use of sparklers. We do not track laws so it is up to you to decide if sparklers are legal in your community.  Please make sure you are aware of local laws as we are not liable for sparkler use!  Also, sparklers are not allowed on planes, ever and because of this we also can’t ship to Hawaii and Alaska. WeddingSparklersUSA.com LLC or its members cannot be held liable for any use of products without direct supervision.

How should I light the sparklers?

The small sparklers can be lit with a regular Bic style lighter.  For the Large Sparklers we recommend to use a large grill style lighter.

Do you have any recommendations?

Yes. We stress safety using all fireworks.  The industry has made great strides to reduce the number of injuries each year which is good for everyone.  A few recommendations:

  • Make sure your venue allows sparklers!
  • Rehearse the sparklers.
  • Keep a few 5 gallon buckets of water to place the sparklers in after they are used.
  • Make sure your photographer has some experience photoing sparklers.
