Dangerous Sparklers

The green and red sparklers were VERY HOT when lighting them. They flared up and were so hot as to cause a burn. They also lasted only about 15 seconds because they were so hot and burned fast. The gold/yellow ones were nice. Your regular sparklers.
I sent the company an email describing what happened and they never responded.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE. TOO DANGEROUS!

Awesome customer service

I placed my order in the evening. By the time I woke up, my order had already been processed and prepped for shipping. I realized I used the wrong address so I emailed to have the address changed. Within the hour, they changed the address and reissued shipping details. They made it super easy to do business with them. I'd definitely order from them again!

Never received my order

It’s not the companies fault my package has clearly gone missing, but when I reached out for assistance the only reply was asking if I contacted the shipping carrier. Not the best customer service reply, in my opinion. I still haven’t gotten my order so I can’t say whether the products are good or not.
