The heart sparklers were just what I imagined they would be and I’m glad I was able to get them in time for my wedding when my previous order from another company got lost by UPS during delivery. Charged me twice

I emailed you informing you charged me twice for the order and I paid extra for quicker shipping. I have not received a response of refund. Then at the event the sparklers did not last as long as stated on the website.

On this order we received 2 separate orders. We shipped 1 of them right away. We also sent 2 emails to the provided address without a response so we shipped the other order out as well. Before this review was left a refund was issued, she probably didn't get the refund email because of the wrong email address. The order has certainly been refunded and she kept the extra sparklers. I don't know what more we could have done.
