These people are great!! I had a issue with the first order that I received because the Sparklers were shorter than I expected. I emailed customer service to let them know of my issue. They responded so quickly within a few minutes. They offered to send me a longer one at no charge to me because of the mix up. All emails were answered very promptly and the new sparklers were at my door 1 day later. I will definitely be using them again!!! Thank you so much!!! Best customer service I've encountered in a while!!!

I ordered 72 gold sparklers

I ordered 72 gold sparklers for my wedding. The shipping was prompt but I received the wrong product. I notified Sparkler USA by text and received wonderful customer service, they told me to keep the fireworks I had received and was told that my product would be sent out immediately. The second package arrived the day before the wedding... But it was still wrong. I received 72 multicolored sparklers. I used them at the wedding and they got the job done but it wasn't exactly my vision.The customer service and shipping time is excellent but the big deal is I never got the product I ordered.

Yikes! we really goofed on this order. I've issued a full refund.

They were a wonderful addition

They were a wonderful addition to the wedding. Had some issues recieving them which was my fault and was able to contact some one easily to work it all out. wonderful!
